In the middle of the pandemic, my friend Nimi and I needed something sweet to bring to both of our lives, as we (like the rest of the world) were stuck inside our homes for most of 2020 and 2021. To bring a little sweetness to life, we found ourselves inspired by watermelons and thus created this summer fairyland.
